Cirencester Friendly Appoint Company Secretary and Head of Compliance

Andrew Horsley has been appointed Company Secretary and Head of Compliance at income protection specialist Cirencester Friendly.

Horsley was the Group Secretary and Compliance Director at Engage Mutual Assurance which merged with Family Investments in April 2015. At Cirencester Friendly he will take over the roles of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer which Paul Hudson, Chief Executive, currently fulfils, and be responsible for governance, compliance and complaints. He will also become Anti-Money Laundering Officer and Data Protection Officer, currently the responsibility of Peter Brown, Deputy Chief Executive.

 
 

Hudson said: “I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the Senior Management Team at Cirencester Friendly. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from many years of senior management within the industry which will be an asset to the Society.
