Independent financial planning firm, Colmore Partners, has continued its expansion with the acquisition of a well regarded firm’s clients.
Colmore Partners has completed a deal for Clear Solutions (Financial Planning) Ltd, which extends its presence in the Midlands and further grows its portfolio of clients.
Clear Solutions specialises in retirement solutions and investment planning. The fully independent firm was founded twenty years ago by Tony Wynne, who has joined Colmore Partners as a consultant during the transition process.
Established in 2021 by Richard Meek and Wendy Fellows, Colmore Partners is an employee-owned consultancy with extensive research and industry-leading IT capabilities.
It was recently named in the Citywire New Model Adviser Top 100 as one of the best firms in the UK’s professional financial planning community and has more than £400 million of client assets under advice.
