CWB Group has acquired a majority stake in Midlands-based financial advisory business Professional Practice Services (PPS).
CWB, a specialist provider of financial advice, employee benefits and business consultancy, did not disclose a price.
PPS specialises in providing corporate and personal financial planning advice to the UK veterinary sector.
The combined group will continue to operate under the existing CWB and PPS brands.

PPS has become the market leader in providing financial solutions to the veterinary industry. Our joint ambition is to consolidate this success and to enable PPS to offer a greater range of services to its clients.”
