Nigel Green, the CEO of independent financial advisory firm deVere Group, has acquired Credence International, a UAE-based wealth management and advisory company.
Credence International has a 26-strong team which operates from offices in Dubai. The acquisition does not affect Credence’s Australian division.
Credence International will remain an independent brand and continue to be operated by its chief executive, Chris Ferguson.
Nigel Green said: “I’m thrilled to confirm the acquisition of Credence International, which is known for its robust core value of having a laser-like focus on delivering best outcomes for clients, thereby helping them to reach, and often exceed, their long-term financial goals.
“I am confident that my investment in Credence International will be of great benefit to the company’s clients. Together, with the talented, high-quality team at the company, I will be proactive in pursuing material benefits for clients.”
Ferguson added: “We’re hugely excited by this development. This is a great opportunity for the business to expand and grow in many directions and on many different levels. The additional resources plus the experience, expertise and commitment of Nigel Green will help us maximise our full potential.
