IFA Magazine recruitment partners, Heat Recruitment, which specialises in recruitment for the accountancy and financial sectors, has walked off with a top prize from the Employment Engagement Awards 2015.

Heat won the Project of the Year (Private Sector – 0/50 staff) category. The ceremony was held last night.

The Employee Engagement Awards recognises and celebrates the people-companies who remake the way organisations think about and engage people to achieve their purpose.


Managing Director of Heat Steve Preston said: “At Heat Recruitment we are really proud to have won the Employee Engagement Project of the Year Award. This award is presented to a company with 0 – 50 employees that has undertaken a project in the past year that has driven employee engagement in their organisation. The project, utilised wellness, internal communications, technology and rewards. The competition in this category was strong, so it makes winning the category even more rewarding.”
