Mackay Stewart & Brown Acquired by Close Brothers Asset Management

Edinburgh based chartered financial planning firm Mackay Stewart & Brown has been acquired by Close Brothers Asset Management.

The financials of the deal were not disclosed and it is subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval.
