The Vala British Ventures EIS provides investors with the opportunity to participate in shares of 8-12 small companies with no more than 20% committed to one single company. Deployment is targeted within 6 months of investment into companies from the following sectors: technology, engineering, media and entertainment, fintech, lifestyle and wellness, food and beverage.
