Paradigm Mortgage Services announce the promotion of two staff members.
Christine Newell
Christine Newell goes up to Mortgages Technical Director. Formerly Partnership Manager at the distributor she will continue to be responsible for dealing with Paradigm members and product initiatives, as well as developing commercial and regulatory knowledge. Christine first joined Paradigm in 2007, moving from her role as a key account manager at BM Solutions.
Riona Mulherin
Riona Mulherin is promoted to Marketing Officer. Formerly Mortgage & Protection Support Advisor, she will continue to support both member and non-member firms as well as liaising with strategic partners, organising events and social media management. Riona joined Paradigm as a graduate and has progressed through the business to her current role.

This is why we have rewarded both Christine and Riona with promotions and, as we are developing, we need to ensure we have similar high-calibre staff ‘front of house’ dealing with members, lenders and providers.”
