According to the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance, responsible investing assets have now surged to over $30 trillion, moving the sector from the periphery into the mainstream. With the UK ‘baby boomer’ generation set to pass down an estimated £327bn to their children and grandchildren over the next 10 years, will it lead to further growth for responsible investing, or is this understanding of generational attitudes too simplistic?

Informed by recent exclusive research conducted with Compeer, your expert panellists will be debating this and answering questions, including:

Do attitudes and approaches to responsible investing vary across the generations?

Do people still believe returns will be negatively impacted by incorporating responsible investment values?

How do advisers engage with clients across generations on their non-financial objectives?

Your panel

The session will be chaired by Robin Eggar, Managing Director, Co-Head of UK Investment Management, Brooks Macdonald.

Eggar joined Brooks Macdonald in 2000 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the investment management arm of the business in London.
