The GrowthInvest Adviser Hour: Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax Special

The GrowthInvest Adviser Hour, the webinar series focusing on tax efficient investments, continues tomorrow with
Episode 3 – Estate & Planning & IHT Special.

Tomorrow (Thursday 27th September 2018, 11am) – Click Here

An overview and look at the current Estate Planning and IHT mitigation strategies available to advisers and their clients in the market, and discuss how Business Relief (BR) strategies fit in with traditional wills, trusts and other estate planning methods and vehicles.

With a record £5.2BN of IHT receipts in 2017/18, IHT planning is expected to become an increasingly key area of focus for advisers. We ask a panel of industry experts to explain how advisers can access the information they need, to summarise the different BR strategies available in the market, how they can best conduct the right suitability and due diligence, as well as for their predictions on what the future might hold, with a careful eye on the current review being conducted by Office of Tax Simplification.

Hosted by Lawrence Gosling of Bonhill Media, each episode is CPD-qualifying, and includes a panel discussion, interviews, clips, a live Q&A session.

And for those of you who couldn’t join us for last week’s live show, we are delighted to announce that the full show, as well as additional in-depth interviews with our guests, is now available.

Last week’s episode took a closer look at the diversification and risk mitigation within the growth investing space, how advisers are adapting to new rules, and how to best explain these changes to their clients. Plus, a look at specific sector investigating challenges, including technology and media. Our host Lawrence Gosling features alongside John Glencross, Paul Mattick, Raimund Berens, Mark Brownridge and Tony Catt.
