The Openwork Partnership today announces the addition of 7IM’s award-winning service to its platform proposition.  The appointment follows a full market review – and 7IM’s long-running history of top quartile delivery and the provision of innovative solutions – were key factors in the decision.

The Openwork Partnership is expanding its proposition to provide a best-of-breed platform panel that can meet an ever-increasing range of client needs throughout their different life stages. 7IM’s position as the leading in and at retirement platform and its innovative 7IMagine app complement The Openwork Partnership’s proposition perfectly.

The 7IM Platform will be rolled out to The Openwork Partnership’s advisers throughout the second half of 2022 and will join the platform panel alongside the M&G Wealth, and Advance by Embark platforms.

The 7IM Platform will deliver an innovative and engaging digital experience for both The Openwork Partnership’s advisers and their clients. This digital experience will complement the high-quality financial planning provided by The Openwork Partnership’s advisers. The platform is designed to be efficient and cost-effective with market-leading solutions, advanced financial planning tools, and streamlined reporting processes, which will provide efficiency and most importantly give the advisers more time to engage with their clients.

Matt Latham, Head of Digital Propositions of The Openwork Partnership commented: “A fundamental part of any successful financial planning business is having access to market-leading technology and platforms that help advisers deliver great outcomes for clients. 7IM has a long history of delivering outstanding service and innovative solutions such as the 7imagine app and the market-leading income solution, Retirement Income Service.  The 7IM platform is a great addition to our proposition.”

Designed around the needs of advisers and their clients, the 7IM Platform was first launched in 2005. Since then, the platform has grown and evolved, and today looks after over £14bn of assets. This growth has been underpinned by a progressive roadmap as 7IM look to continuously develop and enhance, not only its Platform proposition, but also the support it offers its advisers and their clients, as their requirements evolve.

Verona Kenny, Managing Director of 7IM commented: “We are extremely proud to be selected as one of The Openwork Partnership’s preferred platforms. We are excited to begin working with The Openwork Partnership’s Financial Advisers and their clients to support them to deliver an unrivalled experience to their clients. The Openwork Partnership’s decision to partner with us is testament to the service, capabilities, and proposition that our platform provides and the ongoing investment we are making to deliver further improvements in the service and functionality of our proprietary platform.”
