The Association of Investment Companies (AIC) has today released an educational video introducing venture capital trusts (VCTs). ‘Venture Capital Trusts Explained’ is an easy-to-understand animation explaining what VCTs are, what they invest in, the associated risks and the tax incentives on offer.

Annabel Brodie-Smith, Communications Director of the Association of Investment Companies (AIC), said: “A must-watch for anyone wanting to learn more about venture capital trusts, our easy-to-digest animation explains what VCTs are, the types of businesses they invest in, recent performance, tax benefits and more.
