Tech start-up hibob has teamed up with the UK’s largest insurer, Aviva.
The collaboration is designed to help small and medium sized companies set up their workplace pension schemes.
Launched in 2015, the hibob platform simplifies the auto-enrolment process by enabling companies to automatically use their employee information, assess eligibility and plan costs. It will feed this information directly into Aviva’s online system and from there, a small business owner, or their business adviser, can complete the auto-enrolment journey, with the whole process taking 15 minutes.
