Foresight Group LLP announces the appointment of Kavita Patel and Ian Harris to the Board of Foresight Enterprise VCT.
Patel is a Partner and Head of Investment Funds at the law firm Shakespeare Martineau, where she has gained significant experience in advising clients across the financial services sector – both in the retail and institutional space – on corporate, regulatory and governance matters.
Harris has extensive experience in the private equity asset management industry and was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of SL Capital Partners, the private equity and infrastructure arm of Standard Life Investments. He has extensive board, governance and valuation experience across a variety of private assets, fund structures and jurisdictions.
Launched in 1998, the FE VCT has raised over £148 million, providing investors with exposure to growing UK-focused companies, with enterprise values typically between £5 million and £25 million.
