Broadstone is pleased to announce that it has been selected to partner with Clara Pensions (Clara) as a Third-Party Administrator.
Following an extensive period of due diligence, Broadstone joins Hymans Robertson and Isio as Clara partners and gives Clara the option of using its award-winning administration services for future transactions. This follows the transfer of the Debenhams Retirement Scheme to Clara on 16 April 2024, for which Broadstone will continue to provide administration services.
Broadstone’s team of around 250 administrators use cutting edge systems, built in-house, to provide a market-leading pensions administration service, focusing on a personal member experience, assured quality, and swift turn-around times.
Gavin Giles, Head of Pensions Administration at Broadstone, said: “This marks the start of an exciting partnership with Clara, who are providing a real alternative to the traditional end-game journey for DB pension schemes. It is clear they put members at the heart of everything they do, and we are delighted to be partnering with them to deliver their vision.”
Jayne Pocock, Head of Trustee Services at Clara, said: “We’re really happy that Broadstone has joined the Clara family. We’ve been very impressed by the quality of Broadstone’s pensions administration services and look forward to our members being able to benefit from them into the future.”
