The Committed Capital Growth EIS Fund offers investors the opportunity to invest into a diversified portfolio of 8 to 12, post-revenue, EIS qualifying, growth-stage, revenue generating technology companies across as range of sectors that have the potential for significant capital growth, and where the Fund Manager offer hands-on support to facilitate and accelerate that growth.
Our investment strategy has remained unchanged since 2001. Since 2001 Committed Capital have achieved an average 2.6 x ROI (excluding any tax reliefs) with an average holding period of 4.5 years, and have invested in 35 EIS qualifying investee companies, and made 24 exits and 1 partial exit. Out of these 24 exits, 21 have been profitable, just 1 has made a loss, and 2 have made a partial loss.*
The Committed Capital Growth EIS Fund, established in 2014, has achieved an average 3x ROI (excluding any tax reliefs) and a 36.8% IRR for investors with an average holding period of 4.5 years, and has invested in 17 companies, made 5 profitable exits and 2 small losses.* This is in line with the Fund’s target of 3x ROI and well ahead of the target 25% IRR.

Deployment
We aim to invest subscriptions within 6-12 months of investment, into a portfolio of 8-12 companies. Where investors prefer, they may choose to be fully invested within the current tax year or may invest on a self-select basis

Exit Strategy
The intention is to exit within 4 to 5 years of monies being invested via trade sale, IPO, or where appropriate, a sale to a strategic investor. Historically, most of our exits have been achieved through a trade sale or sale to a strategic investor.
