Our approved (knowledge-intensive) fund provides full EIS deployment in the 2021/2022 tax year, and will invest in companies that target the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. We aim to deliver Mercia’s same tripling target as our main EIS fund, but with additional non-financial returns.
The fund is open for reservations now (hub.mercia.co.uk/en-gb/en-gb/en-gb/mercia-knowledge-intensive-fund) with the prospectus and application form available in February and the fund will close on the 4th April 2022.
