Since the launch of RG Law’s Rapid Remortgage Service last month, a host of mortgage brokers have signed up, including Just Mortgages, a member of the Spicerhaart family and Prestige Mortgages, a network of eight brokers.
RG Law’s Rapid Remortgage Service has successfully met its promised timeframes of two weeks and has recently completed a transaction in a record six working days.

“We have seen a 9.6% surge in estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors and developers partnering with RG Law over the last 12 months.”

RG Law developed the new ‘All Inclusive’ remortgage package to make the legal process for remortgaging freehold and leasehold properties more affordable. The new packages are priced at £500 all-inclusive of VAT for a freehold remortgage and £685 all-inclusive of VAT for a leasehold remortgage.
