VouchedFor has announced a number of new product features and an upcoming consumer advertising campaign, as part of 3 ‘pledges’ to the advice profession.
Each pledge is supported by commitments to deliver new product features, content and marketing initiatives.
Alex Whitson, MD of VouchedFor, said: “We’re making three bold promises to our members – and the whole advice profession – for 2024:
“to deliver greater value to our members; to improve consumer access to advice; and to champion the value of advice in consumer media.”
The product features announced today include alerts that will show individual users of Elevation – VouchedFor’s enhanced client survey – the monetary figure of the hidden revenue opportunities in each piece of client feedback.
Whitson continued, “This year, we’re launching even more features to help advisers turn client feedback into an engine for growth.
“Advisers using Elevation can unlock up to £65k revenue from their existing client base, through increased referrals and cross-sell opportunities. The new features will help to surface these opportunities quickly, with easily actionable recommendations advisers can take in response.”
Firms using Elevation will also be able to track which advisers have reviewed and actioned the risks and opportunities they’re alerted to.
Further product improvements, to help make VouchedFor more accessible for advice firms and advisers, will be announced in the coming weeks and will be accompanied by a consumer advertising campaign
