Freedom Health Insurance is expanding access to early musculoskeletal (MSK) support with the launch of Freedom Physiotherapy, responding to growing demand for faster access to treatment and earlier intervention.
Launching today, the service is delivered in partnership with Ascenti Physio as part of Freedom 360, further strengthening the digital health and wellbeing toolkit for eligible UK members.
Delivered by Ascenti Physio, the service leverages a national network of over 300 directly employed physiotherapists across 300 UK clinics, enhancing access to MSK support and helping members recover sooner, reduce time away from work and maintain long term health and mobility.
Ascenti Physio was selected as a Freedom Partner based on its national scale, clinical expertise, and proven ability to deliver fast, accessible musculoskeletal care. The service enables members to access physiotherapy support quickly and easily through the Freedom Health Insurance claims team, without the need for a GP referral.

• 98% of initial assessments delivered within one working day
• 90% of the UK population within five miles of an Ascenti Physio clinic

• Flexible treatment pathways, including self-management, virtual physiotherapy, and face-to-face care
