Templi: Suitability Report Writing System Repositions as the Connector That Brings the Advice Workflow Together, Without Changing How You Work

Advice firms don’t need another platform or tool – they just need the work done.

Across the UK, advisers and paraplanners are spending most of their week on admin – preparing for meetings, writing suitability reports, drafting follow‑ups, and updating back‑office systems. The workflow is slow, manual, and spread across too many tools. Accuracy still matters, but capacity is stretched.

Templi was built to fix that.

Templi is an AI‑native workflow system that works inside a firm’s existing templates, systems, and standards. It connects the steps between client conversations and takes on the work that stops firms from scaling.

Starting with the hardest part

We began back in 2024 with suitability reports because they’re one of the most time‑consuming and risk‑sensitive parts of the advice process. If we could produce accurate, firm‑standard reports in minutes – in line with firm’s existing report templates, we knew we could give paraplanners and advisers meaningful time back and that was reflected in the positive feedback we received from customers.

This is exactly what the Templi Paraplanner product was built to do. It reads structured information, follows the firm’s template, preserves locked wording, and produces consistent outputs every time. Every source is traceable. Every step is reviewable. Reliability comes first.

Why Templi expanded beyond reports

Time savings were clear, but advisers still weren’t scaling their client books to the 2–4× capacity we knew was possible. Everyone told us the same thing: a faster report helps, but it doesn’t solve the workflow.

Advisers were still preparing for meetings manually. Paraplanners were still pulling information from fact finds, emails, and CRM notes. Admin teams were still re‑keying data into Intelliflo or Xplan. The bottleneck wasn’t just one document – it was everything around and including it.

So we built Templi Adviser.

Templi Adviser captures structured information from client meetings and makes it available for the work that follows. It prepares meetings, structures context, drafts follow‑ups, and ensures every conversation is documented and auditable.

Together, Templi Adviser and Templi Paraplanner support more of the advice workflow – without changing how firms work.

Works inside your existing systems

Templi integrates with the tools firms already rely on: Intelliflo, OneDrive, SharePoint today, with Xplan and Plannr next. There’s no platform migration, no process overhaul, and no new system to learn.

Firms import their templates once. Templi adapts to them in days, not weeks. Advisers and agents work in the same environment, following the firm’s standards from day one.

Why firms choose Templi

Reliable from the start – accuracy, consistency, and full audit trails

Fits inside existing workflows – no forced change, no migration

Gives advisers and paraplanners time back – less admin, more client work

Supports human advice – enables, never replaces

Templi’s mission is simple: make human advice scalable, without losing accuracy, oversight, or the human at the centre.

Built by people who understand the workflow

Templi was founded by Jack Sleator and Dan Cooke, Jack has first‑hand experience of the advice process from his career in financial planning.

Our team spent time inside firms and saw the same issue everywhere: advisers and paraplanners were spending most of their week on admin, not advice. The tools available didn’t work inside the firm’s existing templates, systems, and standards – so the workflow stayed manual.

We built Templi to fix that.
