James Hambro & Partners (“JH&P”) has today announced the appointment of Lisa-Marie Finch as Business Development Director, based in Bristol, as the firm continues to build out its presence across the South West of England.
Lisa-Marie joins with more than 15 years’ experience in financial services, specialising in working with professional advisers across the UK. Most recently, she spent four years at Evelyn Partners, supporting financial advisers across the region.
Before that, she spent over a decade in pensions with @sipp and Barnett Waddingham, giving her an on-the-ground understanding of what advisers are actually trying to solve for their clients, not just what products are on the shelf.
With a deliberate focus on a limited number of adviser relationships, Lisa-Marie will build long-term partnerships with financial advisers across the South West, supporting access to the firm’s investment capabilities.
She will work closely with colleagues across the business to help advisers deliver strong client outcomes and further develop the firm’s adviser offering.
“James Hambro is so deliberate about the relationships it builds. That relentless focus on quality and longevity over volume really resonated with me, and I look forward to working closely with advisers across the region.”
