Coventry for intermediaries has reduced selected rates, with residential rates reducing by up to 29bps. 2, 3, 5 year Fixed Rate options and Trackers at 50-80% are all benefitting from a reduction.
Selected Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let products are also being reduced by up to 25bps
Highlights include;
- 5.53% 2 Year Fixed Rate until 28.02.2026, 65% LTV with a £999 product fee – available for residential purchase
- 5.22% 5 Year Fixed Rate until 28.02.2029, 65% LTV with a £999 product fee – available for residential remortgage – option of £350 cashback or Remortgage Transfer Service.
