On this week’s IFA Talk Mortgage and Property Investment Special, we’re got net zero on our minds and we’re pleased to say we’re getting all eco-friendly.
Brandon and Sue are looking at some of the issues involved in things like retrofitting properties and as well as how homeowners and landlords can finance energy efficiency projects. After all, it’s so important to do this if we’re to stand a chance of getting to net zero as a country by 2050.
It also represents a real opportunity for mortgage advisers and IFAs to boost client engagement and deliver services which really meet their objectives for the long as well as the short term.
Back for his second visit to the IFA Talk Studio, our guest this week is Jonathan Stinton, Head of Intermediary Relationships at Coventry Building Society. Coventry has recently produced an influential report entitled “Beyond the Bricks” which looks in detail at what a green housing market really would look like. It’s an interesting conversation and one we think you’ll enjoy.
