Rathbones builds Corporate Communications and Affairs Team to support growth 

Rathbones, has further strengthened its Corporate Communications and Affairs Team with the appointment of Victoria Bartlett in a new role as investment PR senior manager. 

Victoria, who joins after almost four years at Hargreaves Lansdown as a senior PR and communications manager, will lead investment external communications activity for Rathbones, with a focus on B2B audiences and the Group’s Rathbones Asset Management subsidiary and charities business. 

The appointment builds on Rathbones’ ambition to lead UK wealth and asset management and drive its next phase of growth. Tessa Curtis was brought in early last year as Rathbones’ first Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs, with Myron Jobson and Hugh Morris joining soon after respectively as Senior Personal Finance Manager and Senior Corporate Reputation Manager.  

Victoria is a PR and media strategist with a wealth of experience across commercial and editorial roles. She was key to shaping and developing PR at Hargreaves Lansdown and led media relations activity and company-wide PR initiatives and campaigns.  She previously ran her own consultancy and has two decades of broadcast experience at BBC and ITV, working on programmes including BBC Breakfast TV and Good Morning Britain.
