St. James’s Place, has appointed Lea Blinoff as Director of Investment Solutions. In her role, Lea will lead investment activity for SJP’s tax-advantaged propositions, drive the development of portfolio offerings across channels and oversee the firm’s discretionary fund management trading function.
She will play a central role in shaping bespoke investment solutions for all client segments, including high-net-worth clients, reinforcing SJP’s commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focussed investment outcomes.
Lea joins SJP with over 25-years of experience across wealth management, investment solutions and risk management. Her career spans senior leadership roles at global banks, FinTech platforms and regulated institutions. Most recently, she was Co-Founder and Deputy CEO at Vestrata, where she designed the firm’s investment strategy and integrated scalable platforms for private banks and wealth managers globally. Lea’s expertise spans asset allocation, portfolio construction, bespoke mandates, fund selection, trading oversight, and investment compliance.
Prior to that, Lea held senior positions at Credit Suisse, HSBC Private Bank and JPMorgan, leading investment solutions, UHNW client coverage and governance functions across multiple regions. Lea also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director in financial services and higher education, with responsibilities in audit, risk, and investment oversight.
Lea’s appointment marks another important milestone in the evolution of SJP’s investment team, following the recent launch of four new multi-index, risk-rated fund-of-funds. These represent the latest addition to the Polaris multi-asset range.
