Succession Holdings has acquired two wealth management businesses from its membership for a total consideration of nearly £7 million.

IFAs Lymington-based Highcliffe Financial Management Limited and Worcester-based Highgrove Financial Planning Limited will become part of Succession’s national wealth management advisory arm, Succession Group.

Succession Holdings is a vertically integrated financial services organisation which controls its own advice, platform and fund management activities.
