More than 1,000 Vitality employees have begun moving into the company’s new home at 3 Stockport Exchange.
The new office completes the modernisation of Vitality’s UK workplace portfolio, following moves to new offices in Bournemouth and London. Together, these workplaces have been designed to promote employee health, wellbeing and productivity while making healthy habits easier to incorporate into the working day.
Each office brings to life Vitality’s core purpose – to make people healthier and to enhance and protect lives – reinforcing the importance and opportunity that having health and wellbeing central to its workforce offers.
Designing a workplace around health and wellbeing
Developed in partnership with workplace design and build specialists Peldon Rose, the 46,000 sq ft office reflects Vitality’s commitment to employee health, wellbeing and experience.
The office has been designed to incorporate features that encourage movement, collaboration, learning and social connection throughout the working day, helping employees maintain healthy habits while supporting different working styles and needs.
Supporting the local community
Vitality’s move represents a significant investment in Stockport for the business and reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to the town.
As the largest office letting secured at Stockport Exchange, the relocation further strengthens Vitality’s role within the local community. Beyond the workplace, the company continues to support local initiatives through its recently announced sponsorship of the Stockport 10K and partnership with Stockport County Football Club.
