Bowmore Wealth Group, the independently owned wealth management business, has completed the acquisition of two London-based financial advisers DWA Protector Limited and Rogate Capital Limited.
The acquisitions add a combined £135 million in assets under advice (“AUA”) and increase Bowmore Wealth Group’s total AUA to approximately £650 million.
The acquisitions strengthen Bowmore’s presence in London and the eastern end of the M4 corridor. Bowmore says the deals form part of a selective growth strategy focused on firms that share its client-first culture and approach to financial planning.
The acquisitions come alongside strong organic growth being generated by the Group. Bowmore says it remains on course to add a further £80 million in AUA, via organic growth, during the current financial year.
Rogate Capital advises individuals and families on investment and retirement planning. As part of the transaction, client manager Daniel Easton will join Bowmore Financial Planning, ensuring continuity of service for clients.
Bowmore says the acquisitions will allow clients of both firms to benefit from its broader integrated offering, including chartered financial planning and investment management services.
