Twenty7tec launches ZeroKey integration to reduce manual rekeying for advice firms

Twenty7tec has announced a new integration between its ADVICE platform and ZeroKey, helping financial advisers reduce one of the biggest sources of inefficiency in the advice process: manually re-entering client information across multiple systems.

The integration connects ADVICE with ZeroKey’s browser extension, enabling client data to be transferred between ADVICE and compatible third-party platforms without repeatedly typing the same information. By removing unnecessary rekeying, firms can reduce administration, improve data accuracy and give advisers more time to focus on delivering advice.

Manual data entry remains a common challenge across the advice industry, increasing operational costs while introducing unnecessary risk. Even small errors can create delays, require additional administration and impact the client experience.

The impact of reducing rekeying is already being demonstrated by advice firms using ZeroKey. One firm pre-populated 167 investment applications in just six months, eliminating the need to manually enter more than 50,000 characters of client data. Based on Defaqto’s reported 4% manual rekeying error rate, this equates to an estimated 2,004 potential data entry errors avoided.

Across the wider user base, ZeroKey’s browser extension has already helped advice firms transfer around 1.5 million characters of client data that would otherwise have been entered manually. Using the same Defaqto benchmark, this represents an estimated 60,000 potential data entry errors prevented.

The integration reflects Twenty7tec’s wider strategy of building a configurable ecosystem where technology adapts to the way firms operate. Rather than forcing advisers to change their processes, ADVICE enables firms to connect the technology they choose into a single, joined-up workflow, helping eliminate duplicate administration while embedding compliance into everyday operations.

By connecting ADVICE with ZeroKey, advice firms can:

  • Eliminate repetitive manual rekeying between connected systems.
  • Improve data accuracy by reducing manual input.
  • Save advisers valuable administrative time.
  • Create smoother, more connected operational workflows.
  • Support a better experience for both advisers and clients through a more efficient advice journey.

Live webinar demonstration

To mark the launch, Twenty7tec will host a live webinar demonstrating the integration in action. Attendees will see how ZeroKey works alongside ADVICE to remove manual rekeying from everyday adviser workflows, transfer client information between systems and help advice firms improve efficiency without changing the way they operate.

The session will include a live product demonstration, practical use cases for ADVICE CRM users and an opportunity to ask questions directly to the product team.

“The ZeroKey integration is another step in Twenty7tec’s commitment to helping advice firms create connected, configurable technology ecosystems that reduce friction, improve efficiency and allow advisers to spend more time where it matters most: with their clients.”

Adam Newman, Head of Sales at Twenty7tec said:

“A lack of integration between the systems advisers want to use is a major industry pain point, and one that is often overlooked because developing point-to-point integrations is unscalable.

“We are therefore delighted to integrate with Twenty7tec’s ADVICE CRM and add them as a source of data within ZeroKey. In doing so, we have immediately created connections between ADVICE and third-party systems that did not previously exist.

“Those using ADVICE can now reduce the rekeying involved in everyday tasks – for example, when adding a new client to their chosen investment platform – which in turn helps minimise the potential for keying errors.”
