By bringing Iress Lender Connect into the platform, Acre will now help brokers deliver “decision in principle” (DIP) and accelerate lending to qualified borrowers.

Acre’s unique verification system, which collates and checks the case and client data required for each mortgage product, combined with Iress Lender Connect, which brings data directly into lender platforms, eliminates the timely process of rekeying data per decision in principle (DIP) or application.
