Award-winning artist Julie Vernon will be tending to ‘Dolly’, the sculpture she designed for the Shaun in the City trail, on Friday the 21st August from 12.30pm until 2pm.
Dolly is one of 70 sculptures of Shaun the Sheep installed all over Bristol as part of the charity arts trail. Organised by The Grand Appeal and the Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity, it is sponsored by Baa-greaves Lansdown.
Dolly will be proudly located outside the Hargreaves Lansdown offices on Anchor Road in the centre of Bristol, until the trail ends on 31 August.
Later in the year, all of the sculptures will be auctioned to raise funds for Bristol Children’s Hospital.
CEO of Hargreaves Lansdown said: “Shaun in the City is such great family fun and it’s been amazing to see the thousands of people coming to see our ewe-nique sculpture, ‘Dolly’ on the trail. We’re proud to be sponsoring ‘Dolly’ and to be supporting The Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity.”
