ASG Finance has announced significant rate reductions across its product range, introducing a new short-term bridging loan with rates from 0.6%.
This offering is designed to support property investors, developers, and business owners in need of flexible, short-term financing options. With lending facilities available from £500,000 to £7,000,000, ASG Finance supports projects across England, Scotland, and Wales, offering up to 70% loan-to-value (LTV) and lending against the open market value. This
