Mortgage Brain announces partnership with SPF private clients

Mortgage Brain, the market-leading provider of mortgage technology, today announces a strategic partnership with SPF Private Clients (SPF), one of the UK’s leading whole-of-market mortgage brokers, catering to an extensive range of borrowers, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals.

This collaboration highlights Mortgage Brain’s commitment to providing innovative and trusted technology systems designed to equip SPF’s advisers with the tools they need to meet the unique demands of all types of borrowers currently navigating the property market. 

SPF advisers, who have been successfully using Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain platform since July 2023, have extended their partnership to include full use of Criteria Brain and Affordability Brain from April 2024.  SPF advisers will be undertaking comprehensive training to get the maximum benefit from the additional systems and aredesigned to bolster internal efficiencies, promote superior service levels, and encourage a more comprehensive understanding of the market.
