Royal London, has implemented bulk encrypted email automation using Mailock, the secure email service from Origo and Beyond Encryption.
Developed by Beyond Encryption, Mailock is a highly effective way for financial professionals to communicate with clients. There are over 50,000 financial advisers already utilising the solution, frictionlessly facilitated by Origo’s Unipass Identity, which is exclusively integrated with Mailock.
Email is consistently reported as the preferred communication channel within financial services. Independent research by the Digital Marketing Association has shown that 73% of customers prefer email communication with businesses. This can be attributed to its ease of use and high engagement. 80% of all Mailock secure emails that were sent within the last 12 months being opened by the recipient.
Utilising Mailock will allow Royal London to send encrypted bulk emails, and convert communications away from print, pack and post, reducing its carbon footprint.
