The Great EIS 25th Anniversary Awards Banquet has just celebrated 25 years of the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
In the last quarter of a century, over £20bn has been raised for small businesses looking to grow and scale.
The event saw eight award winners, recognising an outstanding contribution to or example of EIS investing.
Mark Brownridge (above), Director General of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association, said: “Last night saw some of the most prominent members of the early stage business investment community come together to celebrate the success and future of the Enterprise Investment Scheme. Each winner of an award – and all of the nominees – has made a fantastic contribution to the EIS in the last 25 years and are part of the reason we have had such success in the past and will undoubtedly have in future.”
