Isio has welcomed Matthew Cooper as a Director in the Covenant Solutions Team.
Matthew joins Isio’s Edinburgh office and will lead Covenant Advisory Services with Paul Geeson, Partner at Isio. Matthew will join an existing team of expert covenant and transactions advisers, who advise sponsors and trustees on covenant strength and the factors that impact it.
Matthew joins with extensive restructuring and covenant experience, having previously lead PwC’s Pension and Employer Covenant and Restructuring arm in Scotland. Additionally, Matthew is Chair of the ICAS Pensions Panel, representing ICAS on matters impacting pensions provision and the wider industry.
