Greg Jones has been promoted to Managing Director, Distribution, at Henderson Global Investors.
The move from his former position as Head of EMEA Retail and Latin America is effective immediately. Henderson says that Jones will increase his global responsibilities, while maintaining oversight of the pan-European and Latin American regions. He will continue to report to Phil Wagstaff, Global Head of Distribution.
Wagstaff said: “Greg’s promotion reflects the significant role he has played over the past six years in driving our new business growth. It also recognises the increasingly important role he has played day-to-day supporting me in overseeing distribution globally.
“With over 25 per cent of Henderson’s staff globally in Distribution, it sits at the heart of our business, and collaboration is critical to success. In his new role, Greg’s experience building business in new markets will be invaluable for our regions as they continue to mature.”
