True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners has created a legal arm which sets out to help its clients receive the best possible support from the legal profession.

The firm, which is based in the North West,  says the core service is legacy planning for individuals and businesses to allow them to safeguard their wealth, and plan ahead for future events.

Two Barrister Intermediaries have been recruited to run the division, Debbie Newsham and Diane Bush.

Chairman of True Bearing George Critchley (pictured with Debbie and Diane) said: “Wills, trusts and all forms of estate planning are the corner stone of professional financial planning for our clients, the addition of an in-house legal services division has been created to provide genuine client centred financial planning which will prove to be a tremendous added value service for our advisers and clients alike.”
