One Four Nine Group acquires Plymouth advice business Rainbird & Co- Acquisition is the Group’s eighth purchase since launch and establishes footprint in the Southwest.
Independent, nationwide financial advice and investment management group One Four Nine has acquired Rainbird & Co, a financial advice firm based near Plymouth and first established in 1997. The deal marks One Four Nine’s eighth acquisition since launch and expands its nationwide footprint into the Southwest.
Launched by Chris Rainbird over 25 years ago, Rainbird & Co is a family business advising over 350 clients on their investment, pension and protection needs. With the addition of Rainbird to the One Four Nine family, the Group now has a total of 33 advisers serving 4,300 clients, managing £1.4 billion of client assets.
