With one in four people experiencing a mental health problem of some kind each year, access to support is more important than ever before. According to user data from Canada Life’s mental wellbeing app, myStrength, the top mental health support category that UK employees are seeking is around mindfulness.
The latest data from myStrength, reveals that in 2023, the mindfulness category accounted for more than a third (36%) of activities completed. This was followed by sleep, with more than a quarter (27%) of employees completing these activities within.
Anxiety and stress related activities each account for more than one in 10 (13%), followed by depression support (11%).
