Latest deal for Cavendish’s technology team highlights growing expertise in the cybersecurity sector
Cavendish, the full-service investment bank for growth and investment companies, is pleased to announce that it has advised on the sale of Arculus, a highly accredited, public sector cyber security specialist to Bridewell, a leading cyber security provider for CNI organisations, as well as organisations operating in other sectors that require the highest standard of cyber security.
The transaction, in which Cavendish acted as advisors to Arculus, highlights the firm’s growing reputation and expertise within the cybersecurity sector.
Arculus is a public sector focused cyber security specialist, with multiple accreditations including being a NCSC Assured Cyber Security Consultancy for security architecture, risk management as well as audit and review. It offers a range of security architecture and risk management services to design and implement highly secure IT infrastructure projects, primarily within the public sector.
The deal will bolster Bridewell’s growing roster of accreditations as well as strengthen their public sector footprint, enabling the expansion of their end-to-end cyber security offering for clients across the globe.
The founders, Cath Downie, Paul Ellis and Austin France, will all stay with the business to help drive Bridewell’s growth across the Public Sector and expand its offering.
